Thank you for supporting early educators
Dear friends,
We asked and over a thousand of you listened and delivered an email to your MP asking for a pay rise for early childhood educators.
Thank you!
Dear friends,
We asked and over a thousand of you listened and delivered an email to your MP asking for a pay rise for early childhood educators. Thank you!
Our CEO, Georgie Dent, travelled to Canberra, with two of The Parenthood's directors, to deliver your message: Early childhood educators need a pay rise - and they need it now!
They met with MPs including Dan Repacholi, Kate Thwaites, Josh Burns, Michelle Ananda-Rajah, Jerome Laxale, Andrew Leigh, Graham Perrett and Sam Rae.
They discussed the crisis in early childhood education and the importance of lifting wages for early childhood educators. Thanks to your correspondence they were well aware of these issues. 💥🙏🏻💥
Now that you've had a little taste for easily exercising your own power in the political process, can you please do it again? (It will take less than 2 minutes & has the power to change our future!)
Can you please add your name to our #ParentsUp petition and share it with three of your friends?
We know that better paid parental leave and access to quality affordable early childhood education and care are game-changing policies for children, parents, families, communities and the economy.
We know that right now we have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to push for these changes. Just by adding your name to our call to action you will help us seize the moment.
The more voices we represent, the harder we are to ignore. So sign & share!
Thanks again for backing in early childhood educators. Keep being awesome!
